Our house had structural problems (settling, cracks in interior walls, bay window had to be reinforced/leveled, deck with underneath tornado shelter needed raising, leveling, reinforced, and other structural repairs). We had three estimates, relative close, but the reputation of Don Kennedy & Sons, and reviews from previous customers settled the choice. The owner came out, inspected the problems, explaining to us afterwards the solutions needed, the cost for each individual line item, and made certain we understood exactly what was to be done, when it was to be done, and how long it was believed it would take. His professionalism and knowledge of his business was outstanding. The crew showed up as scheduled, along with the owner again, and re-explained in simple terms what was to be done that 1st day, and what all was involved in the follow-up days. The crew was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable of each step they were taking, and made sure we knew as well what was going on. It went extraordinarily well!!! I would have absolutely no difficulty in recommending Don Kennedy & Sons for any structural work. Additionally, they would be my only choice if, in the future, there were any problems within their profession/specialty to be done for me. They've certainly earned their sterling reputation!!

We had a flood in one of our rooms after a very hard rain. The rep from Don Kennedy came out, did a thorough examination, and gave us a solution to the problem which did not involve any work by them, just some work that a normal homeowner could do. The rep said that if the leakage continued to call them back and they would look at a different solution. They did not try to sell us something that we did not need. They were totally professional on the phone and in person. I will use them if I ever have any structural repairs needed.

The driveway at our vacation home has been developing new cracks and areas of gradual settlement for several years now. We were dreading having to have it replaced. After a little research online, I found Don Kennedy and Sons Structural Solutions and learned about the alternative technique they use to fix this kind of problem. Polyurethane foam injection is how it is defined on our contract. We hired the Kennedy company to fix this problem several months ago and they did wonderful work. Since the work was completed, we have noticed just two areas where it appears to be sinking a little. So, we contacted them and are scheduled for the touch up work to be done in the next week or so. We have been very pleased with the ease of the overall process and the result for the most part. Will likely change my rating to 5 stars after the touch up work is done. Great people to work with. Integrity comes to mind after dealing with Jeff and his staff.
