One of their smaller jobs, but treated with same detail and care you would expect from a larger and more expensive project. Team arrived and we went over my expectations for the work. They asked me to take a look part way through to ensure I was satisfied with how things were being done. And they went over the finished product, answering any lingering questions. Owner followed up to be sure I was pleased with the work. Absolutely no issues, and everyone I talked to - owner, receptionist, on site crew - were personable, courteous, and professional. The sealing I requested was sound and looked very neat, more evidence of the company's professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone requiring their type services.

Jeff and others came out and inspected the problems we were having due to shortcuts when the house was built. They added piers to the beam running under the house that had dropped 12" over the years, because the lack of piers. They also installed one of their proprietary lintels above our 16 foot garage door. The ceiling had cracked in the garage due to original lintel not being strong enough to support the opening. They also installed additional support in the attic due to lack of support when the house was built. The weight of bricks were causing the bricks to push out from the house and causing cracks in the mortar. Great job, we appreciate the work they did so that we can start updating the floors in the house.

I had some moisture problems in my crawlspace and unlevel flooring in some areas. The concrete porch slab had also dropped next to the foundation wall causing rain water to stand and seep through to the sill. I contacted Don Kennedy and Sons and Jeff came and developed a plan to address these problems. They came and installed 13 piers to shore up the flooring and raise the porch slab and installed a 10' section of girder in the area of the worst floor sag. Everything has worked as planned. A bedroom door in the area of the worst floor sag was not totally latching when closed but is now. I am monitoring the humidity under the floor and it is within acceptable levels now. I highly recommend Don Kennedy and Sons for all of your foundation problems. It was a pleasure working with their team. They were professional throughout the entire process and are experts in their field. Simply put, they are just good folks!
